HOW DOES IT WORK: For more accuracy, please follow the steps below to use the wrist blood pressure monitor: 1.Before measurement, please relax for about 5-10 minutes and avoid eating, drinking alcohol, smoking and bathing within 30 minutes; 2.Roll up your sleeve and make sure it's not too tight, remove your watch or other wrist decorations; 3.Wrap your wrist inside the sleeve, make sure the screen is facing up and toward your face; 4.Please sit on a chair and have an upright body posture, keep the device at the same level as your heart, and then start measuring.
