Loosen the tire: Remove the valve cap and core, then deflate the tire. 2. Dismount the tire: Mount the tire onto a tire changer and position the valve at 1 o'clock relative to the tire separation head. Use a tire tool to lift the bead onto the mounting head. 3. Remove the sensor: Use a screwdriver to remove the fastening screw and detach the sensor from the valve stem. Loosen the nut and remove the valve. 4. Install sensor and valve: Insert the valve stem through the rim's valve hole. Secure the nut with 4.0 Nm torque using a positioning pin. Attach the sensor body to the rim and tighten the screw. 5. Mount the tire: Position the tire on the rim with the valve aligned at 180 degrees to the separation head. Mount the tire onto the rim.
