Install four AA batteries and press the power button to turn on the device. 2. Press the mode button to select between grain moisture measurement or temperature measurement. By default, the device powers on to moisture measurement mode. 3. For moisture measurement: Select the grain type (1: Wheat, 2: Rice, 3: Paddy, 4: Corn), then insert the probe into the grain sample. The device will display the moisture content. - Press the hold button to activate maximum value hold mode (display shows "MAX"). In this mode, the reading updates only when a higher value is detected. - Press the hold button again to exit this mode. 4. For temperature measurement: Select temperature mode to display ambient temperature at the probe location. Press the Enter key to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit (default is Celsius). 5.
