Primeal's Lev'blé is a sourdough made exclusively with ingredients from organic farming: wheat and selected yeast. It is advisable to use by hand: mix 500 g of flour + 8 g of salt + 21 g of organic lev'blé + about 350ml of warm water (about 28 ° C). Knead for ten minutes to obtain a soft but non-sticky dough.
