Sys Spirea by Forza Vitale is a nutritional supplement based on Ulmaria, which favors joint functionality. In effect, the Stone Breaker has a high content of potassium salts, especially nitrate and flavonoids, responsible for the effects that determine the elimination of water through the kidneys. Popular tradition attributes to parietaria also expectorant properties. For external use, parietaria is used as an emollient, on atopic skin and other uses. It is recommended in adults: Take 25 drops, 3 times a day in a little water or sublingually. Children up to 12 years old: Take 10 drops, 3 times a day in a little water or in fruit juice.
