Material and build The shadow sail is made from Oxford fabric with robust seams on all sides. Stainless steel D-rings are attached to each edge and it includes a rope for secure mounting. For best results, avoid use in heavy rain and snow. Easy installation and fit D-rings at the three corners provide simple attachment points. Keep about 1.52 feet between the attachment point and the sail. Secure with ropes or mounting kits. Edges are slightly curved to ease tightening. Set the sail at a 20-40 degree angle to help prevent rainwater from pooling. UV protection and shade Delivers roughly 90% shade with over 95% protection from harmful UV rays.
