If your monitor has a high-voltage integrated power supply board, power the board and locate the 12V (capacitance). Then disconnect the power supply and use a multimeter to identify the 12V (capacitance). Disconnect the original negative terminal connection. The board has three wires: 12V, ON, GND. Connect the 12V from the inverter to the positive terminal of the high-voltage integrated power supply board, GND to the negative terminal, and ON to the ON/OFF switch. In summary, the original high-voltage power supply is disconnected and replaced by the inverter, drawing power from the original high-voltage input.
