Description

K2 BANDEX is a self-adhesive muffler repair tape. It eliminates exhaust noise in all types of vehicles. Very economical and resistant to high temperatures. USE: Muffler surfaces to be repaired should be cool, dry, clean, and free of any oil or grease residue. Remove the protective strip from the back of the tape and wrap the tape over the repaired surface, ensuring that at least 1/2 of the tape width is wrapped around the tape each time. Start the engine. Hot exhaust gases will cause the tape to shorten and seal the joint being repaired. If the muffler damage is extensive, first fill it with K2 MEFIX muffler cement and only then apply K2 BANDEX as described above. The tape does not contain carcinogenic asbestos. Length: 1m
