Alkaline or alkalized cocoa is a type of natural cocoa powder that undergoes an alkalization process (Dutch process), with which certain cocoa beans are selected and treated in order to reduce their bitterness and acidity. Cocoa powder Organic Alkalized 10/12% fat. Plastic container with security seal, containing 200 grams. Russet. Delicate flavor and less bitter than the natural one. Good solubility. Allergen free and gluten free. It has properties that are suitable for consumption by diabetics and celiacs. Low sugar content. Its glycemic index is low. Rich in fiber. It has a low salt content, so it helps to maintain normal blood pressure. Its alkaline PH is ideal to dilute in hot and cold drinks.
