Deze VHM frezen zijn gemaakt van HRC55-hardmetaal met een AlTiN-coating, wat zorgt voor robuustheid, slijtvastheid en hoge snijprestaties. De AlTiN-coating biedt stabiliteit bij hoge temperaturen en superieure slijtvastheid bij hoge snijsnelheden, wat betere hittebestendigheid garandeert dan andere coatings zoals TiAlN, TiN of TiCN.De nanocarbide freesgereedschappen zijn perfect voor het bewerken van harde materialen zoals koolstofstaal, gelegeerd staal, voorgehard staal, gietijzer, titaniumlegeringen, grafiet, kunststof en composietmaterialen. De afmetingen van deze volledig hardmetalen frees zijn een schacht van 5 mm en een snijdiameter van 5 mm, met een snijlengte van 13 mm en een totale lengte van 60 mm.Deze frezen zijn veelzijdig en kunnen worden gebruikt voor verschillende toepassingen zoals boren, frezen, afvlakken en onderdompelen.
